ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Typically your order will ship within 2-4 business days. If for some reason the time will be longer than that I will contact you. Generally I ship on Mondays and Thursday, or Tuesdays and Fridays. I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of these products I do not accept returns, but please contact me directly using the CONTACT US form if you have any problems with your order. Please include a photo of the product and your order number in your message. I want you to be pleased with your product and will work with you to make it right. Thank you for your support. I appreciate you! Also, I gladly accept cancellations. Kindly request a cancellation within 1 day of purchase.
